More about Jonny
Jonathan (Jonny) Lach founded the firm in 2025. Following an education in law and business and over 30 years in the investment business (Albourne, BlueStar Capital Management, CTC Consulting, Millburn, Salomon Brothers) Jonny applies this experience to help people resolve disputes quickly, privately, inexpensively and fairly.
Jonny serves on two family office boards/investment committees and on the board of a not-for-profit affordable housing development firm. He also advises start-ups and serves on the advisory board of an M&A advisory firm. He served on the board of the Westport Library and served as Chair of its investment committee.
Jonny earned a JD and an MBA at The University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia. He is a retired member of the New York Bar Association. Jonny trained in mediation at Northwestern University School of Professional Studies.
