More about Jonny
Jonny Lach founded the firm in 2025. Following an education in law and business and over 30 years in the investment business (Albourne, BlueStar Capital, Mezzacappa Mgt, Salomon Brothers) Jonny applies this experience to help people resolve disputes quickly, privately, inexpensively and fairly.
Jonny serves on two family office boards/investment committees and on the board of a not-for-profit affordable housing development firm. He also advises start-ups and serves on the advisory board of an M&A advisory firm. He served on the board of the Westport Library and served as Chair of its investment committee. He does pro bono mediation in New York small claims courts.
Jonny earned a JD and MBA at The University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia. Admitted to the New York Bar. Jonny trained in mediation at Northwestern University.
